Elsie, an Appenzeller puppy, hangs out with Warrior Transition Unit soldiers on Kleber Kaserne, Kaiserslautern, Germany. Elsie's owner, Azra Surhio, is a social worker at the WTU and bought Elsie specifically for therapy and is amazed by the results.
